Set up your Home Screen

  1. Open Fewer and choose your essential app links. Three favorites are free.
  2. Choose your appearance and save a matching wallpaper from Home Screen setup.
  3. On the iPhone Home Screen, touch and hold an empty area, open the widget gallery, and search for Fewer. Add Fewer Top and Fewer Launcher in the sizes described in the app.
  4. Apply the saved image as your wallpaper and arrange your widgets. Fewer does not automatically replace or rearrange the iOS Home Screen.

Can’t find an app?

Search Fewer’s quick-link catalog first. For another app, choose Add an app and follow the guide to create an Apple Shortcut with the Open App action. Select the installed app in Apple’s picker, save the shortcut with the exact name shown in Fewer, then return to test it and add the link.

Fewer cannot automatically scan every installed app or inspect your Shortcuts library. Confirm that the shortcut opens the right app. iOS may briefly show Shortcuts when launching.

A widget or app link isn’t updating

Open Fewer to synchronize your saved layout, then return to the Home Screen. Check that the linked app is installed and that custom shortcut names match exactly. If necessary, remove and re-add the Fewer widget. Widget refresh timing and system glass effects are controlled by iOS.

Save a wallpaper to Photos

Use Save to Photos in the setup guide and allow Fewer to add photos. If permission was denied, review Fewer’s Photos permission in iOS Settings. Fewer does not need to read your existing photo library. A shared or exported image may instead be saved in Files.

Fewer Plus and restoring purchases

Plus unlocks up to ten in-app favorites. The large widget shows the first eight links and the medium widget shows up to four. The monthly subscription and lifetime purchase unlock the same Plus access. Themes, wallpapers, custom-app setup and the focus timer are free.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. An internet connection may be needed. Manage or cancel a monthly subscription in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting Fewer does not cancel it. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Fewer version and the steps that caused the problem. Please redact personal information from screenshots. Never send passwords, payment-card details or Apple verification codes.
